Admission
To enroll your child in Madison
Premier Preschool, an Application for Admission must be completed and turned in along
with the nonrefundable registration fee. Upon acceptance, and prior to the child's first
day of attendance, several forms must be completed. Please check with the director to be
sure you have them all.
Arrival/Departure
Parents/Guardians must sign their
child in at the front desk each morning and must escort the child to the classroom.
Each child will be assigned a personal identification number to be used for checking in and
out on the computer. This is a security device, and your child's number should never be given
out to anyone unless you have made arrangements for someone to pick up your child. You must
also sign your child in and out each day.
School Attire/Personal Belongings
Please send your child to school
in clothing appropriate for play. They will be going outside daily, weather permitting, and
should be dressed accordingly. Clothes should be comfortable and be easy for small people to
manipulate. Please label all outerwear. Personal belongings may be stored in individual cubbies
and outerwear may be hung on coat hooks.
Visitation
The school has an open door policy.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to visit and observe. We ask that you give your child a few
weeks to adjust to his/her environment before coming for long periods. Please feel free to call
and check on your child at any time, and don't forget our special
Internet Access program.
Rest Time
All children are required to rest each day
after lunchtime. Each child should bring a sheet and a blanket or sleeping bag from home and may
also bring a stuffed animal or other comfortable sleeping object.
Snacks And Meals
The school will provide morning and afternoon
snacks. Lunches will be prepared and will meet USDA nutritional guidelines and standards. Food from
home may be substituted in the event your child has dietary restrictions. Please speak to the director
in this event. No adjustment in the program fees will be made.
